Gamification Nation wins the Outstanding Agency Award at the Gamification Europe conference in Brighton, UK.
To win the award truly means a lot to me as the owner and founder of the company. It feels great to have all the effort recognised by industry peers from around the globe. Getting a business started and building it up to be successful, is not a solo effort, hence the Outstanding Gamification Agency award also feels the most appropriate to me.
I am thankful for all my clients and collaborators without whom this would not have been achievable and I am grateful for all our supporters and peers who voted for Gamification Nation to win this award. Without any of them in the mix this wouldn’t be possible.
It takes drive and determination to keep going, when sometimes projects don’t work exactly the way you had intended them to. Finishing work I can be proud off and seeing great results is really why I do the work. Any one that knows me also knows I work very hard to make sure things work out well. Being female in the largely male industry has come with some interesting additional challenges, so to have the recognition from peers makes it quite amazing.
Thank you!
At the conference part of the event I spoke about the lessons learned from all the projects we have done over the past 5 years. The project lessons are what has driven me to work out methods and frameworks to prevent the same from happening again. If you want to know what these lessons are, feel free to look up my slides on slideshare.
