Gamification Mechanic Monday: Building Community
Creating a tribe and building a community of active followers is what most businesses aim for. Like we do on here we give share and like button on nearly all our pages in order to actively build our followers. Where possible we ask questions and engage about topics that are close to our heart, sometimes we receive a few answers and sometimes they don’t.
The key to building a community is to offer value that is specific to this community and what we tend to do is set up private groups for our paying customers, so that we have an additional forum where conversations can take place and especially for our group programs, there is an element of group dynamic where people can share their findings, questions and group resolve or brain storm.
